Kat Mustatea

Artist & Technologist, TED Resident

Kat Mustatea makes art in the age of intelligent machines. A technologist and playwright, her recent TED talk examines the meaning of machines making art, looking at what new art forms arise as society shifts radically toward autonomous, algorithmic behavior. Her writing about the intersection of art, technology, and society appears in Forbes, The Week, and Hyperallergic. She is speaking at SXSW this spring and will be in residence at TED while completing a book about art in the digital age.
